Your Salt Run Family Dentistry dentist will apply a local anesthetic to the site where the root canal therapy is necessary for the patient to feel more calm and comfortable while on the dental chair. To get the infected tooth ready to be cleaned, the dentist will first create a tiny hole that will serve as an entryway. Next, the affected stuff found in the canals such as the pulp and other infected structures will then be removed. Finally, fillings will be placed into the hollow tooth.
