We are incredibly honored that you’re considering Salt Run Family Dentistry for all of your oral health needs, big and small. We look forward to working with you directly, listening to your concerns, and offering you friendly and detailed care that keeps your smile looking beautiful and healthy for life. You can find everything that you need to get started as a new patient at our dental office below, so give it a look before you arrive!
Your First Dental Visit
Most new patients will enter the dental office through our hygiene department. Prior to your arrival, we’ll ask you for your email address over the phone so we can send you a request form. This should be filled out so we can request records from your previous dentist, if applicable. You can also complete new patient paperwork in our dental office or download and print it out to complete at home. Once we’ve received your records, captured X-rays, and performed a cleaning, one of our dentists will perform a detailed new patient exam.
Post-Op Instructions
For many of our treatments, there are important steps that you’ll need to take in order to ensure a successful and smooth recovery period. Whether you just had a tooth extracted or a dental implant placed, we want to make sure you have everything you need to protect your smile and your oral health.

Dental Insurance Welcome
With dental insurance, getting the most important care for your family completed is easy and affordable. Our dental office staff will work with you directly to ensure that all of your benefits are maximized to the fullest extent. We are in-network with Humana PPO plans but we will file claims to most insurance providers.
CareCredit Financing Available
Do you lack dental insurance but need to have treatment completed? Has your insurance company not covered all of your dental care costs? CareCredit offers solutions for patients in both situations. By applying for CareCredit, you can pay for treatments in more manageable chunks rather than all at once. Depending on your plan, you can even get low-to-zero interest financing! To apply yourself, simply follow the link below or visit our dental office in person and we’ll help you get started.
